Beau Beery and Todd Rainsberger

Beau Beery is an Owner and President of the Commercial Division of Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish Realtors, a full service residential and commercial brokerage. Mr. Beery is responsible for the financial operations of the company and leading the Commercial Division.  Formerly, Mr. Beery served 9 years as the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for AMJ Inc. of Gainesville, a regional developer of office, retail, and multifamily projects. While there, Mr. Beery was responsible for the brokerage and management of AMJ’s commercial portfolio, as well as the acquisition and due diligence for prospective investments.  Mr. Beery holds both a B.S. in Marketing and an M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Florida and serves as the Gainesville/Ocala Regional Director for the  UF Bergstrom Center For Real Estate Studies, a group that provides its 1,600+ members with educational and professional opportunities.  Mr. Beery holds both the CCIM designation and the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation becoming one of less than 750 practitioners in the world to have achieved both.  He is a past Chair of  the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors’ Commercial and Investment Committee and has been awarded the Associations’ top honor, the “Dean of Commercial Real Estate” for both 2009 and 2010. In October 2010, Beery was the youngest recipient of the National Association of Realtors National Commercial Award which recognizes the top 20 commercial professionals in the United States.

Todd Rainsberger comes to the real estate industry from an unusual background: television production. After graduating from the University of Southern California with a PhD in Communication, Todd worked for an affiliate of ABC Television, then the University of Florida, and for twelve years he was a Producer and Commentator for ESPN. He produced and/or hosted over 300 shows for ESPN.
