Joanne works "The Best of Both Worlds" .... the Lakes area and the Gainesville area.  She got her license in 1983 and worked part time in the Lakes Area so she could raise her daughter C.C.  Her first sale was to her future husband, Hal, who had two children, Hal III and Tasha, and two German Shepherds, Thai and Chani.  Those two dogs led to Kong (the big black dog), Yoko (his schitzo white mate) and, finally, Odin (the sweetest pure bred black shepherd ever).  Oh, and, eventually, 8 grandchildren from the 3 kids!

Meanwhile, Joanne got her Broker's license and moved her license to Gainesville and went to work full time.  She became a multi-million dollar producer  and was designated the "Lakefront Specialist" for Coldwell Banker.  She still lives in the Lakes Area and focuses on both the Lakes Area and Gainesville, which she has grown to know, love and appreciate.  GO GATORS!!

The property we wanted to buy had not been lived in for almost four years. Joanne did a pre-listing inspection, and identified the issues; presented the issues to the seller, and even helped the seller get them fixed by recommending a local General Contractor.

Then when we were negotiating the sale, she went to the buyer with options on how he could help us finance the house by paying part of the closing cost, as well as a pre-occupancy agreement, so we could take care of the property.

When disaster stuck and VyStar turned down the property because comps where too far away, Joanne recommended a Gainesville lender who came through with a closing with the terms we wanted in 14 days.
