The Gainesville real estate market continues to chug along despite the challenges presented by COVID-19. Although 23% fewer homes were sold in April compared to 2019, median sales price continued its upward trend. Median sales price of homes in Gainesville and Alachua County increased 4.5% in April to $244,995, compared to a median sales price of $234,350 in April 2019.
